Flow Cytometry Analysis Seminar

Cytometry Shared Service Hosts
Aaron Hart, Application Scientist, Tree Star, Inc.

FlowJo is experiment-based flow cytometry data analysis software. Originally designed for multi-color research at the Stanford Shared FACS Facility, it is now commercially available and in use by leading research sites worldwide.
Come see how to use FlowJo to create immunophenotyping analyses, perform software compensation and analyze calcium flux, cell cycle, and proliferation experiments.
FlowJo produces the best publication quality graphics available, and introduces new technologies for presenting and publishing flow data via Quicktime movies and the Web.

Laser Scanning Cytometry is a fluorescence based technology, which combines applications of Flow Cytometry and fluorescence microscopy. It provides analysis of population data while visualizing a gallery of images that produce that data. Applications include Apoptosis, DNA content, FISH, multi-parameter cell surface and cytoplasmic analysis.

Come to the Arizona Cancer Center, Room 2920 on May 23, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a seminar to experience the power of this amazing technology.
